Return & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of pinball machines and arcade games made through Arcade Vault’s website. By purchasing from Arcade Vault, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A purchase is eligible for return only if:

  1. The machine has a defect that was not disclosed prior to purchase, or
  2. The machine arrives damaged during shipping.

Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper setup, misuse, or neglect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery via:
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm whether your machine is eligible for return.

4. Returning a Machine

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide written instructions for safely returning the machine.
  • Return shipping costs for eligible defects or shipping damage are covered by Arcade Vault.
  • The machine must be returned in original packaging or equivalent protective materials to avoid further damage.
  • Machines returned without proper packaging may be subject to partial refund or rejection.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned machine is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned machine.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If a replacement machine is available, we will coordinate delivery at no additional cost, including free shipping for approved defective or damaged machines.
  • Replacement delivery timelines will be provided at the time of approval.

8. Additional Notes

  • Arcade Vault inspects and tests every machine before shipment. Minor cosmetic wear may exist and will be disclosed when applicable.
