1. Warranty Coverage

Arcade Vault provides a limited 2-year warranty on all pinball machines and arcade games purchased through our website. This warranty covers mechanical and electronic defects that arise during normal use under the conditions outlined below.Covered:

  • Malfunctions of electronic components (PCBs, displays, sensors, wiring)
  • Mechanical failures (flippers, bumpers, motors, switches)
  • Other defects affecting normal playability

Not Covered:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, wear from use)
  • Damage caused by improper setup, mishandling, abuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties without Arcade Vault approval
  • Shipping damage (covered separately under our Returns & Refunds Policy)

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required to process any warranty claim.


3. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

4. Warranty Remedies

If a claim is approved under the terms of this warranty:

  • Arcade Vault will repair or replace the defective parts or machine at no additional cost.
  • Replacement or repaired machines will be shipped free of charge within the continental United States.
  • If a replacement machine is unavailable, a refund may be issued at Arcade Vault’s discretion.

5. Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Arcade Vault is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the machine.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
