All machines are fully insured and shipped via professional freight carriers to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is included for all machines within the continental U.S and Canada.
Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery Requirements

Due to the size and weight of pinball and arcade machines, delivery requires adequate access to your property (garage, driveway, or commercial receiving area).
Our team will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery window that works best for your location.

Damage During Shipping

We will assist with insurance claims and coordinate repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
